9:  Time of Day

A comparative study of the different qualities of light at different hours of the day.  These images all have fairly clear days in common yet they all have a different quality of light.  Clearly the mid day light is much flatter with more contrast.  There is no right way or wrong way to photograph.  There is never a time of day when you should not shoot, but understanding light is such an important factor to interesting photography that it can't be emphasized enough.  When a photographer begins to think in terms of light he really begins to take in a deeper understanding of the art of photography.  Light tells a story all its own.  It can transform a dull lifeless subject into a beautiful, or mysterious, or into a dark and moody subject that fascinates us.
